I would have to say that Halo 3 has been my favorite in the series by far... It keeps the regenerating shield (which is my only problem with Halo 3: ODST, but it is still fun) and is essentially the same as Halo 2 but with new weapons added in.. I really wouldn't consider it fair to include Halo Reach in this poll since it hasn't been released yet (other than the multiplayer beta) but my vote would have to be for Halo 3.

I think that Halo 2 was the best becasue it added the option for multiplayer as well as adding a twist on the story line by allowing you to play as both the Master Chief and the Arbiter giving you both sides of the conflict.

I was very impressed with Halo 3. The small difference in the controlles making the right bumper the new X button, and the drastic change in graphics from Halo 1 or 2 really immerses you in the story and everything comes toghther at the end(watch after the credits). Halo 3 might be my favorite Halo or in that matter my favorite game. The equipment and forge is so unique and awesome.

An amazing replay editor, four-player online co-op, map editor, and community support make this the most robust feature set ever in a videogame. Halo's theme is a futuristic anthem that inspires the troops. The chatter during combat is fantastic. I am really dissapointment that the campaign dones't take to long to complete, but this is a game that can be played for years. There are so many things to do, and it's so much fun to do them.

I just recently played the newest halo beta, it not available anymore not but i really love it. I particularly love the new feature to pick your own spawn spot to avoid annoying spawn kills that I endure in so many of the older halos.
