Not nearly enough. I like to take walks in the woods where I can be alone with God and listen to the birds, but it feels like whenever I have time to I just want to stay inside and chat with friends. Maybe that's why I can get so stressed.

I walk every 2 days for at least an hour. But i had to put that on pause, because my walking partner was recently wounded(my dog lol). Some dogs have to learn the hard way not to run up on female pitbulls and act crazy.

Not really. I think that walks are just slower versions of running, and you go SO slowly when you're walking. I prefer runs if I have the time, at least once a week. Call me impatient, but walks are just so SLOW!
