Out of your choices I'd pick David Letterman.
But currently since COCO is gone now I just watch Jimmy Fallon. His monologues arent great, but he has the funniest sketches and even funnier games. Plus he is great interveiwer, and he has The Roots as his band.

Letterman has never made me laugh once. I've always like Leno since the first time I saw "Headlines" many many years ago. Conan was my favorite however. I'd usually just watch Leno for something to do until Conan came on. When I have the internet though I barely watch any television at all and if I do it's live streaming on the computer.

Personally I don't find Leno that appealing. I really enjoy Letterman's sarcasm, wittiness, and pompousness...

Fallon, in my opinion, is better than Leno OR Letterman... He is a fantastic interviewer and usually has great bands perform. Plus "The Roots" are totally badass.
