Ok, so I have a problem, when I try to play a game, it loads, and then changes to a grey screen. I downloaded and re-downloaded it at least twice. Please help me.

What internet browser are you using? Try switching internet browsers and when you do uninstall and reinstall the plugin. Also try restarting your computer when you reinstall it.
