Whenever I try to play a game with the plugin, it won't work. On firefox, I get the room that says 'game is loading', and once that is done I just get a grey screen and nothing else.

I've removed the plugin and tried on IE. I don't get the room there, it goes straight to the grey screen.

I've tried on the google browser. It didn't send any plugin issues, but it says that ... something didn't exist. Not the plugin, something else. =S

I've had this problem since yesterday. I joined then. It's never worked for me.

I have tried restarting the computer, waiting, removing the plugin and downloading again, tried on other browsers ... I feel like I've tried everything.

I'm going to attempt to download the plugin through the google browser and see if that works.

But, does anyone know how I can fix this?

The games work fine in the Java player. But, there are many games only playable with the plugin that I want to play.

AdorableCookie: Do you hear any sound? How about when you click the gray screen? Could you take a screenshot of this gray screen?

This seems to be an ongoing problem recently that users been having. I suggest taking the screenshot for David to see. I also would say that David is in the process of fixing this problem and you may see it fixed by tomorrow hopefully so please just be patient, thank you!

I'll get a screenshot. I'm afraid my sound is usually turned off, so I don't know. I'll check it now. ^^

Yeah that sounds like the typical response from a lot of people's concerns and problems in the RGR. Glad David could help you out and solve not just yours but a lot of other people's same problem. I'm going to close this now that this has been taken care of.
