What mythology is the most interesting to you?

I clumped the similar ones together and I added current religions since all that mythology is is older religions.

Personally I find Norse mythology the most interesting. A lot of the gods are just plain weird (example: Hel. Half alive, half dead) and as are some of the stories (example: Thor dressing up a bride to get his hammer back).

I was really into greek/roman mythology but from researching their mythology, I started finding out the actual people were into some pretty gay stuff, literally gay. But the mythology is still interesting.

I dabbled in polynesian mythology/history samoans and tongans especailly.

But lately Ive been into the whole mayan/aztec thing. Theyre writing system is amazing. And I think their writings were recently decoded so its like the newset stuff out there. lol. and theyre pyramids are badass surrounded by jungles and what not.
