Sorry, but there's actually nothing in the RGR that supports functions like Gameshark codes and stuff. Though, if you download your own emulator somewhere else it may support cheats, but it all depends on the emulator you get...

Pretty much what Zeld said. Your best bet is downloading an emulator for cheats. Try get-your-rom.com, which is an affiliate of Vizzed and has emulators for Dreamcast and some DS games as well. I'm also going to ask why you would want to cheat on a retro game?

Well like I suggested before, just download the emulator and see if it is cheat enabled, that's the best way to go because as of my knowledge there is no cheat enabled emulators within the RGR. Your question has been pretty much answered so I'm going to close this now.
