It isn't like I text in class. I have an Iphone so the teacher think its an ipod touch! Lucky me.! Anyway, I only use it for talking to friends at lunch time. I love it.

I remember back when cell phones were so expensive only rich people could buy them. NO, they should not be allowed in school. Maybe they could be kept shut off for emergencies outside of school, but not inside. They serve as little but distractions. When a cell goes off when I'm in class in college, it royally pisses me off because I'm there to learn. You kids try busting your hump forty hours a week and go to college the two days you have off and your opinion about cell phones will change.

Im a student myself and kids just cant help themselves and its really annoying, you should be able to go a whole day without it. I only used it in between classes when needed but its those who use it during class constantly who screw it for the rest of us.
