A new legendary pokemon evoution would be Boltrann, an evoution of Heatran. It would be standing up like Groudon, but it would have the same features as Heatran. It could have a powerful movest like:

Flamebusrt
EarthQuake
FireBlast
OverHeat

It would be a high Sp. Attack Fire-type pokemon and it would have high defense.

It could be a powerful, strong, and ferocious evolution pokemon. It can be found in the underground.

There should be also an evoution of Giratina. I don't know what the name should be, but it could have high Sp. Defense and speed. It can be found in the sky.
