I like Lt. Surge (Raichu, Pikachu) better because I like the original the best. I never watched Ash vs. Volkner or Wattson.

The battle between Pikachu and Raichu was the best battle ever. You know, it is the part of the story, where Pikachu has to make a really important decision in his life, to whether evolve into Raichu. It was great that you don't need a powerful evolution like how Lt. Surge didn't train his Pikachu alot, he just evolved it, vs. a powerful Pikachu, which Ash trained and loved.

Also, the tactic of using Pikachu's speed over Raichu's power is a great advantage to use.

I'm surprised nobody picked Watson yet. Magneton being a steel type too none of the other Pokemon would be able to hurt it. Meanwhile it can use supersonic to confuse the enemy to further stop them while attacking them.
