I would say Roark as well, same reasons behind my vote. I think Brock isn't really much of a challenge against these gym leaders too. He was always the first one you faced and Onix really wasn't that tough to beat if you had the right poke'mon to fight his weaknesses...

I agree, he just seems like the best rock type boss. I also agree that he has MEGA defense and MEGA attack powers.

I would say Roark too because he has better pokemons. He has Cranidos, which is very good pokemon to have on your team. If all the pokemons evolve then it would be more a difficult choice to choose. So, I would say Roark would win out of all those people.
