Anywhere that takes credit cards should take paypal. If you got a paypal card you can pretty much go to any ATM or store and buy stuff with it unless the store is really outdated and does not take credit cards or anything

You really do need a paypal card though if you plan to buy anywhere (online or in person) because most places will ask for credit card numbers not paypal email addresses.
