I'm assuming you mean written test, like academic tests for example? Not blood tests?

Rarely, I try to test myself, ask myself questions about something and try to figure it out before looking it up... but that's about it. I'm not longer in school or college.

Well at take at the bare minimal one a month but usually more because I'm taking four classes in college so I most likely get two a month on average. Rarely will I get none, I don't think I had one month go by yet where I didn't get at least one exam.

Darn, I still have a long way to go to get out of school and be done with college.

Well, I usually take a science, language arts, math, and history test every week. I usually take a Music Playing Test, just play a song, and it is a pass or fail grade.

It is almost the end of the year, where we take out Final Tests, so there might be more quizzes or work to do to get prepared for The Fianl Exams.

Well, it is not that bad because there are sometimes where we can usr are notes or the book. Sometimes the tests are too easy.
