The server migration took longer than expected (full details here) but everything is finished being transferred and we are of course on the new server

The new server is over twice as powerful which means that the site will be able to handle over doubled the traffic, we shouldn't have to upgrade again for the rest of the year. Also the new server has file mirroring which greatly reduces the chances of files getting corrupted such as your save files. And the other big change is that the disk space of the new server is over doubled which means I've got more space to add more games in the future.

Thanks for everyones patience during the transfer. I know I had originally said it'd only take 12 hours but ended up taking 36 hours.

If anyone notices any problems that may have been caused from the transfer, please report them ASAP so I can get them fixed.

i did notice it lost my saved games just as an exampled the final fantasy 2 on snes lost my saved file. wasn't far into it but yeah its gone *sob*

I've noticed that when I open a game in the RGR, the browser window goes full size instead of conforming to fit the size of the game window. I don't know if this is a problem with my browser, I use fire fox, but this never happened before the serve switch. Nothing serious, just thought I'd let you know.

actually it was half a week ago when i was saving so now its not there and just yesterday i was saving my game in arcana and today its no longer there so my saved games are dissa pearing unless there was a major update that lost my saved info on my account. that sucks
