I like em.... I just wish more people knew about them and that we could somehow get a user list while we were in a chatroom to show up so we knew who we were talking with before we they say something.

But those are my only complaints. I think it's a far better system than the shoutbox. It gets it's own window and doesn't need to be refreshed every time to see a new message.

Yeah I like the Chat Rooms of course, I'm also in the process of removing the shout box so that users use the chat room more, also made it so the index page shows the last 10 messages of the chat room just to grab the attention of more people.

Not sure if anyone noticed but I recently made it so that when you go into the chat rooms, it shows the last 25 messages of the room, before it was only 10. I think it showing the last messages is a good thing, it gives it the benefits of a shout box.

Basically I feel as geeogree does. There's usually not enough people for me to linger around in there very long. I usually am doing other things when i'm in there also and just checking it once in awhile.
