As much as I love Charmander and its evolutions, I would probably hang out with Eevee. Eevee is cute, fluffy, friendly, about the size of my cat, and freaking adorable. Plus, the versatility of the little guy (SEVEN evolutions!? are you kidding me with this!?!?) before evolving makes it a neat Pokemon in my book. I even have a furry friend whose fursona is part Jolteon.

I'll bet Eevee takes great photos. Imagine seeing loleevees on the Internet instead of lolcats. Well, granted "lolcat" rolls off the tongue better...

You're discriminating against the 3rd & 4th gens implying they aren't good.
