Yah, you can google it to find some cheap Pokemon packs near your place. I know Wal Mart, Target, and maybe Toys R Us sells them, but I don't think they are cheap. This is all what I can tell you. Good luck with your collection.

Honestly, most if not all of my Pokemon cards (80 to be precise) are fake. Yet, you can't really tell the difference (It's true! At least the cards that I get are). I traded a fake Spirittomb for a real set of 5 cards! Talk about lucky! I get them for about $2/30 cards. It's cheap, and is quite reliable (They look real). Apparently, there are shops of these sorts everywhere, and sell them in little decks. Anyhow, this is my advice, but take your own instincts. (I'm NOT a cheapo, I'm not even in this sorta stuff, I only really buy them to sell [Black Market alert] them to my friends for about 20c each, depending on rarity)

Anyway, just run down to any department store and grab a pack. They're all usually sold at around the same price anyway. But if I read your question right and you want a GOOD booster pack? That's impossible. Every card inside is random. You need good luck in general to get any good cards to begin with...

Well, just really go to your local wal*mart or target, there is usually some good ones there. (I got rayquaza AND giratina in one!) So, I would try your luck at one of those two places.
