I'm doing this now because by the time the actual anniversary rolls around the Tour will be done

This October will mark fifteen years since I stumbled onto this site after I went to look for a site I could play old video games on. Briefly Facebook did have a page where you could play old Nintendo NES games. One Year later I was super nostalgic for my old Sega Master System and I really wanted to play games again and I found myself here, but was told if I want to play more than five games a day I need to sign up, which I did (this was back when Sega Genesis games couldn't work without the plug-in, same goes for some SNES games) There were character limits on how many letters could be used in a member my intended name was supposed to be ClassicGamer but like I said limits. Though by the end of October of 2010 I had lost interest fast so I stopped playing awhile and was able to ignore the nostalgia gaming center of my brain until 2014. I didn't come back here because I had forgotten the password, I wanted to game on my computer and what other sites were using was well not working well enough for me.

By 2020 the nostalgia bugs were out of control and I found myself here again....and accidentally found myself in the standings of the Winter 2021 Tour de Vizzed and it gave me a reason to keep coming back.

Now we're in 2025 and I feel like I completely burned out on the Tours because I'm running low on stuff to review I have quite a few things I can do walkthroughs of and RetroArch isn't working on this site anymore (though I found another one)

15 years on Vizzed is definitely a long time, and I definitely think it warrants an anniversary thread! However, intentionally making that thread 3 months early just for extra Tour de Vizzed points isn't fair. Anniversary threads should be made around the time of the anniversary. I'm not going to DQ you or anything, but I did void the words of this post, and I am going to close this thread.

Remind us again in October and I'll congratulate you on those 15 years!
