My intake varies based solely on days I body build. Normally I drink a 1 bottle's worth throughout the day (minus the juice I have during meals) When I workout I usually down one with a workout supplement mixed in prior to going. While at the gym I've normally gone through just 2. When I get done working out I'll have another with a recovery supplement. So about 5 on average.

But it's winter now, and not that hot. During late spring and throughout summer I know it'll be hotter than hell here- I'm expecting temperatures to be in excess of 100F during most of that time. I'll be drinking water a lot more. Maybe 10 bottles a day.

Well it depends what i do. If i'm doing activites on a hot summer day, then i'll drink around 10-12 glasses a day. If i'm sitting around the house being lazy then i'm lucky if i even drink 1-2 glasses a day. I usually drink milk or juice. Beer also is one of my normal drinks of choice. LOL
