I thought when I took too long to post about my wedding and such yesterday I would probably win yellow off of that alone but I was wrong I didn't expect such a battle for jerseys today but it's really fun to watch I've gotta decide how bad I want to win yellow in the next couple minutes if I'm going to stay in the lead for the jersey for the night.

Also can I just say everyone stopping at 12 AM EST is so much nicer due to the glitch can we just keep that as the standard?

Okay, I know that I've barley been active these past few days, and that is fine, because I'm coming back for Blue Jersey, and maybe Rainbow, but that's just if I want to really get it.

well dang, I completely fell off the leaderboard, but this would bother me more if I was actually competing, otherwise I would have been complaining about how cold it was or replying to one of twister's many weather related threads

I forgot how well the blue and green jerseys go together. It definitely has more of a bluish tint to it, and that's fine since blue's my favorite color anyway.

Butterfly in the skyyyy, I can go twice as hiiiigh. Take a look, it’s in a book.

I mean, the race is starting to show some gaps between the three competitors. How will second and third place catch up, well it’s not that bad. Just a 21 point difference. If work wasn’t so busy I would’ve be competing and win jerseys, using a cell phone. Either way, it’s nice to see everyone doing well overall.

One thing I noticed, tgags never won veteran? The shame. He needs to step up.

Oops, forgot to post results yesterday.

Well, yesterday was... interesting. I was hoping I wouldn't have to use screenshots this soon, but given that I lost a red jersey in the last minutes the day before last, I knew I needed to do make sure I got SacredShadow back in green yesterday to prevent the 4 jersey sweep. I wasn't expecting it to come down to 1 action though, that last push was barely worth it.

Man, even I ignore what I'm actually capable of doing. Scoring nine points out of nowhere doing just a couple posts is insane, no big action but very big rewards.

I haven't followed the competition in the slightest, but halfway into it looks like we do have some open battles. Two jerseys have clear leaders and the veteran banner is very much decided too, but everything else is relatively close even if in reality it's not. I guess the competition is going alright for now, we'll see how it develops from here on out.

gamerforlifeforever sprints closer to 1st.

Guys, I haven't been doing much, and I'm still getting points. But, I am going to try and get some more soon, once I'm ready to let out a bunch of posts and words (not many actions though), I will be able to take Blue Jersey, and I have to do this soon since I only have 16 days left, and I want Blue Jersey.

Also, I keep forgetting to check up on TDV in case I lost the lead for Blue Jersey, like yesterday, I had the lead for a bit, and forgot to look to see if I got it or not, and also, I will start competing until the last hour of the day again, since that is what I was doing, and that is why I had Rainbow Banner.

Well, yesterday's results were unexpected to say the least. I definitely did not see a 4 jersey sweep coming, especially not yellow! Only on a dead day like yesterday could I hope to win that jersey lol!

Something interesting I saw when looking at the TDV hall of fame page is that I'm now in the top 5 all time in total green jerseys at 60! Not only that but I've now earned more green jerseys than blue, which back in my most active era I honestly didn't think would ever happen.

I'll happily take 10th place by just existing.

Man, what a slow day it was. People scored points just to pop here and say something. I guess we were long due for one of these (inb4 I actually missed another one earlier because of my inactivity).

I like how the sprint was actually just a two point deficit in gamer's favor xD. But yeah, keeping up from previous days where he did make a difference is enough to say he continues reducing the gap.

Apparently I scored in red yesterday not super sure how but I'll take it no complaints here! On another note it's weird being top 5 halfway through the month for me without trying to win a green jersey not that I've had to be super active but green played such a huge part in tdv success it's strange to have not tried for it at all so maybe one day this month I'll try for it but we'll see. Speaking of green gamer will likely be top 3 in green jerseys won within a few days!

Well, we've reached the midway point, and I'm still surprised rainbow is within reach. I'm giving it a shot to get closer, but I'm not pushing things as far as I did in the past. It's just not worth the energy anymore. I have too many other things I want to do with my free time, but at the very least I'll try to make sure I keep a hold of the overall jerseys I currently have. It'll be interesting to see if others eventually try to get jerseys down the road or if it's just going to stay between SacredShadow and myself lol.


claytune : yup that's one of the things I'm aiming for at this point. I think I've gotten green in all but 2 days so far in this event.

EX Palen : yeah, the day prior was more of a sprint. Yesterday I took a good portion of the day just to relax, though I picked things up on the blue side of things late just because I wanted another one of those.

I think that's gonna just about do it for me tonight. I'm exhausted lol. It'll be nearly impossible for me to build and maintain any kind of lead if we continue trading off 1st and 2nd in every jersey each day.

Out of curiosity, I decided to do a little digging in the ol' Treasure Can last night and took some screenshots of the first 2 days of competition from the July 2013 TDV, which is the very first TDV I competed in...





And sure enough, the competition was even fiercer than I remember.

... It's insane to see these numbers nowadays, but this happened more than a few times during both the July and October TDVs. I still can't believe Dean typed up nearly 30,000 words in just 2 days...
