What is the difference in emulators, and which emulator is the best one to use for exact gameplay from original hardware? What is the difference between HTML5 and RGR plugin type of emulators?

Which emulator also has easy access to save files, for save games?
Like for this one game I am looking has emulators: HTML5 - retroarch webplayer, emulator JS, emulator JS netplay, JSMESS..... RGR plugin -
medafen, ZSNES, and mame/mess?

Emulators are def gonna mog a browser plugin.. but the option is cool. Best emulator depends on the system. Don't know for SNES but VBA is best for GBA, Desmume is best for DS emulation, Citra is best for 3DS but I've never been able to successfully set it up, then duckstation for gamecube.
