When I start getting bored I start getting hyper and annoying people. This is usually how I am at work when things are slow. At home though I will just keep swapping games until something clicks with me and I will just stay up too long playing games.

I tend to just scroll stuff on my phone, namely tiktok and reddit. I play a lot of games, and when I am bored of that, I really don't want to do anymore.

I used to read books occasionally, but I don't do much of that anymore. Sometimes when I am really bored I will clean my house lol.

When I am bored and need to get rid of boredom, I usually do something that keeps my brain and reflexes busy. I’ll hop into a few rounds of Minecraft or work on new stuff. Other times, I’m just reading, or just hanging out with family. Staying active and learning something new helps keep the energy up. Or I just stare into the distance

I think it's good to be bored... that feeling is what sort of "trains" the creative parts of the brain, I think, when you're making stuff up to un-bored yourself. And so every so often I'll just let myself have a day where I don't really do much. The feeling of "boredom" has kinda washed away for me, and I don't think I really get it anymore... though, of course, as I get older, the feeling of "I'm wasting time/money by not doing anything" is the perfect (stressful) replacement to it.
