I spend my entire time at my school (it was a seven to twelve school) doing drama class (mostly because I liked reading lines and it was an easy class to do) but I didn't take part in any school productions until I was in grade nine but it was all plays some of them were funny but one that actually had been on Broadway was Our Town, but because there were more girls than boys who auditioned for the show I had to play a male role, Professor Willard to be exact...and I ended up having my lines memorized before anyone else....looking back I felt sorry for the student that played the narrator that was alot of dialogue

when I started working at the school library I had read Raina Telgemeier's drama and looking at it brought back so many memories of my Spring Production days, for some reason I could still hear the stage director talking to people through the mics (I hope Raina makes a sequel to it i want to see what Callie would have done as Stage manager)

The school I currently work at does do musicals (they are doing Fame Jr next year...it's not based on the movie don't worry but even I think the musical version has it's problems)

My High school grades 9-12 had drama and productions. The school had a class and a drama club. When I was in 9th grade the drama class/club put on a play. If we chose to go see the play we could go into what was being used as a theater. If you did not go see the play you had to set in the cafeteria with monitors present. I decided to go to the play. Mainly because some of my friends were playing in it. The play was a basically who done it type play.

At one of my colleges I attended they had a drama club. The club would put on shows mainly in the evening. I did not go to any of these. Being an Earth Science Major (Meteorology, climatology, ecology, and dealing with a lot of math classes) you can see where my time went. I did not have a lot of time to attend these.

No, I never made it that far, I was only in 1st, 2nd, and 4th grade for public school, and now I'm just home schooled. And if they did do that, I didn't even notice, I don't pay attention to that stuff.

I was on a stage twice? Eh, I don't remember.

or care.
