all of my aches and pains are mostly rheumatoid arthritis related (I was diagnosed with it when I was 17) however in the rarest of cases I actually can figure out how I got a certain pain like most recently on Saturday I was gaming and my knees were set for too long and my left knee became kind of achy by the end of the day

I have multiple auto immune diseases. While I try to be active and do strength training. Sometimes when my auto immune conditions flare up I get joint pain as well as body aches. During my last flare up My joints started hurting. To be honest I felt flu like. Even though I did not have the flu as I tested negative. Instead I had an infection. When I get an infection it really causes havoc.

I won't lie, my arthritis medication has left me immunocompromised as well (a good reason as to why I won't take off my mask even though COVID is no longer considered a global health emergency)
