I just got a new computer and I am using windows 11 which is new to me as my last computer had windows 10. I can play on the emulator js but when I try to download the plugin it says I need VC++ Runtime. I then downloaded the VC++ Runtime from vizzed link and it was successful and then tried to download the plugin again and it still says VC++ Runtime needed. I have restarted the computer also and I am using chrome.

I don't have the answer but suggestion that might help or not.

Try uninstalling that VC++ Runtime you installed from vizzed, and download and install the latest version from here

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2015-2017-2019-and-2022

click the third link on the Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022 table.

supercool22 : I downloaded and uninstalled the other vc thing. restarted computer after uninstall then restart install new vc restart and install vizzed plugin. It started to install and gets 3/4 done installing then says Your computer appears to be missing requirements. This probably means you just need to install the microsoft visual C++ runtime library and retry the install. Then it ask me to go to vizzed download page.
I weirdly can install the vizzed 2022 update download and install but with just that install if I play a game it will still say i need the plugin.
Hopefully you might have some answers or know someone that does. I pmed you too as I am not sure if its better to pm or reply to post.

Davideo7 : Summoning you now because their is a potential issue with the RGR Plugin being installed on Windows 11 systems.

I managed to replicate the issue this user is having on a fresh Windows 11 install using a VM. Even installed older visual C++ runtimes and still no luck. Could be doing something wrong on my end.

supercool22 : Does this mean you want me to pm Davideo7, or He already knows and I wait for now. Thank you for testing and letting me know its a plugin issue rather than me not doing something right.
