RGR plugin trouble

I just got a new computer and I am using windows 11 which is new to me as my last computer had windows 10. I can play on the emulator js but when I try to download the plugin it says I need VC++ Runtime. I then downloaded the VC++ Runtime from vizzed link and it was successful and then tried to download the plugin again and it still says VC++ Runtime needed. I have restarted the computer also and I am using chrome.

I don't have the answer but suggestion that might help or not.

Try uninstalling that VC++ Runtime you installed from vizzed, and download and install the latest version from here

click the third link on the Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022 table.

This probably means you just need to install the microsoft visual C++ runtime library and retry the install. Then it ask me to go to vizzed download page.
I weirdly can install the vizzed 2022 update download and install but with just that install if I play a game it will still say i need the plugin.
Hopefully you might have some answers or know someone that does. I pmed you too as I am not sure if its better to pm or reply to post.

Davideo7 : Summoning you now because their is a potential issue with the RGR Plugin being installed on Windows 11 systems.

I managed to replicate the issue this user is having on a fresh Windows 11 install using a VM. Even installed older visual C++ runtimes and still no luck. Could be doing something wrong on my end.
