When it comes to mainstream hits, a good song can be very hard to find. Amid a sea of garbage you find your gem. What is it? Has there been any radio hit from the past 10 years that you saw yourself bobbing your head to?

For me, I really liked Uptown Funk when it came out, and pretty much everything The Weeknd has made a single as a lead singer, especially from his After Hours era with stuff like Save Your Tears and Blinding Lights. It was also pretty cool when Humble by Kendrick Lamar became a number one hit, but it's definitely not my favorite song from him.

This is hard to answer because there is no definitive list of what songs count as "hits."

All of the Lights by Kanye West is one of my favorite songs of all-time, and it had significant radio play back in 2010, so if that counts, I suppose I would have to go with that.

I assume when you mean last decade you are talking about the 2010's.

To be honest I listen to music from the 1950's to early 1990's. Therefore, I really don't have a song that stands out from the 2010's.

However, If I had to pick a few songs from the past decade.

I did like Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars and I can't remember the other guy who sings with Bruno. When I first heard this song I thought it was a song from the 1980's, which is my decade by the way. It was really upbeat and it had the new wave feel of the 1980's.

I also kind of liked I think the name of the song is shut up and dance with me. To me this song has vintage country music vibes. Its an upbeat song.

Then there was Carrie Underwoods I wanna undo it. I think this song came out in 2010/2011. This song was personal for me except in my case it would be from a guy's point of view. Lets just say this girl acted like she was my friend, had a crush on me and took advantage of me. So the song hit a personal note concerning me.

From the last decade, my favorite has to be Believer. Before Imagine Dragons released Believer, I knew about them and liked Radioactive, but after hearing Believer in that Nintendo Switch commercial so many times, I fell in love with the song.

My favorite hit song from the past 10 years is Shut Up and Dance which was my favorite song for a or two and is still a song that'd be in my top 10 even if I don't listen to it all that often, I just never got tired of hearing it at the end of a dance and it's just so catchy.
