I don't really know what should they have to stand out from the rest, either. I do know I appreciate a bold attitude, a bit of humor (the darker the better) and also some strength/determination. Anime girls really are the best to be fair, I definitely have a preference for albinos, bonus if they're either a bunny or fox girl. I have a preference for quieter waifus I can be loud sometimes so I feel like it would compliment me pretty well. Let's be honest though they're all great in their own way. I'm pretty short so probably a waifu who's taller than me ideally because reasons.
