I never do. It's very distracting, no matter what most people say, and just not worth the risk. If I'm expecting a call that needs to be answered right then, I'll pull over for a few minutes instead of talking while I'm driving.

I HATE it when people text while driving. Though I have actually caught myself doing it haha, the hypocrasy.

I usually stop the car, whether it's a phone call or text.

There have been many tests dine on the subject. I believe in most cases there is a dangerous amount of attention diverted from driving. Unlike hitting "next" on your CD player, you have to think about what your saying, the spelling, how to write those words on a keybord or numpad, and look at what your texting all at the same time.
