yeah, Super Smash Bros NES (SSBNES for short) is an awesome retro version of the n64 Super Smash Bros. You can download it here:

It's basically a 2D version of the original SSB, but is much more fun. If you're a hardcore retro gamer and love to play games that are 2D, you will find this game really enjoyable. Even if you don't like 2D games, this will still be an awesome game.

It is an EXE. file (Not a ROM), so there's no need to have an emulator in order to play it

It's in a zip file so you should just be able to extract it and run the exe file inside the zip file.
If you have winrar, winzip, 7zip, or even windows xp/vista/7 you can extact it straight away
