2020 was a weird year for movies. First we had 3 months with a ton of movies. Then we had 5 months where we had a handful of movies being released online and all the big movies being delayed. Then we had 4 months of the big movies being released again but only a few people actually wanting to go and see them.

What was your experience like when it came to 2020 movies? What movies were your favorites?

My top 10 would probably be...

1. Tenet
2. Wonder Woman 1984
3. Half Brothers
4. Palm Springs
5. Monster Hunter
6. The Gentlemen
7. The New Mutants
8. Enola Holmes
9. Birds of Prey
10. Onward

Honestly this year was uneventful in terms of movies. The only new movie I saw was Soul. There just wasn't anything interesting out there, though I have to ask, was Monster Hunter any good? I saw you put it in your top 5, but did you like most of those movies on your list?

gamerforlifeforever : As a movie, Monster Hunter was amazing. As a Monster Hunter movie, Monster Hunter was terrible.

It felt like they tried to change the genre of the entire franchise into something it's not.

The acting was amazing but it felt like everyone meant to audition for something else.

The ending was bad.

The visuals were fantastic.

The sense of urgency and dread was insane. For the first hour or so the movie kept getting more and more dramatic, intense, and disturbing at times.
