I recreated the local link buttons (aka intro link buttons) that appear below the page description on just about every page. These are the button links that are relevant to each directory (section of site).

They might take up a little more space now but they all appear now. Before, I had it so that they'd cut off if they didn't all fit horizontally. I realized that this resulted into people not knowing what pages a directory of the site had available.

They all take up the same amount of space for page consistency and also now display on all pages for mobile devices (before, they didn't appear on some pages when browsing the site on a mobile device). The page you're on will also be represented by the new local link buttons since the button that corresponds to your current page will be dim, giving you a better idea of where you're at on the site.

They're far more appealing to look at and stick out a lot more now too. Instead of a plain unappealing green button, it now has a custom background and the combination of that and a stylized font makes it look like a little banner.

I was also able to make them fill in the extra space that was going to be left behind otherwise. If there's not enough local link buttons to fill the space, the last 1 or 2 buttons will stretch to avoid ugly empty space.

Always trying to improve overall navigation on the site. Hope this helps a little.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
