Studies and experiments have been performed on this line of thought, and they were not successful in causing a tumor through trauma.

Trauma can't create a tumor but it can help a tumor that's hidden, grow in mass and such.

Which is great for me as an epileptic who probably has hit their head/multiple parts of their body severly when having seizures etc.
