Nightmare King Grimm from Hollow Knight is a pretty difficult boss. When you first walk into his room and fight him the first time, you'd think the boss would be near-impossible with how much damage he does and how fast he spits out attacks. But, my favorite thing about him is that you can see just how much you're improving as you continue to go back and get your ass kicked time and time again. I went from not being able to even touch him to beating him on Radiant (which increases his HP, and all of his attacks instantly kill you). I had fun the entire way through.

i don't really play video games that much, but the first thing that comes to mind for me is koloktos from the legend of zelda: skyward sword. i think i've probably replayed that boss fight more than any other boss fight from any other game. just because of how thrilling it was to me lol. the music and everything is just so great too, i love everything about it.

Bowser is so underrated! Sure, he does the same thing in most Mario games (kidnapping Princess Peach), but he gets really creative. Also, in Mario RPG games, I find him to be pretty funny! Villains are cool and all, but they're memorable and epic when they make me laugh!
