today when I was finished work at 3:30 this afternoon I found out from my parents that my Aunt passed away last night she had just celebrated her 86th Birthday last Friday and was living in a nursing home we found out about her death through one of her two stepdaughters who phoned while I was at work to tell us the bad news from what we were told my Aunt was not in the Hospital and was still at the nursing home she lived in when she passed away in her sleep about 2:00am last night I am very shocked to hear about this especially after losing my uncle last year at the end of September to a heart attack he was 87 at the time of his death and lived alone in a one bedroom apartment and he always took very good care of himself by watching what he would eat and by going for his daily walks that he always enjoyed taking my Aunt who just passed away last night was my uncle,s first wife and together they both had a son and a daughter who are two of my cousins and are both older than me one is about 58 years old and is mildly handicap and my other cousin suffers from schizophrenia and has a son who is 32 that has the same condition as his mother as for my Aunt who passed away she is going to be cremated just like my uncle was and there is going to be no service for her but I did hear that there might be prayers for her but I don,t know yet what day our family is planning to have them yet although she was sick off and on she did not have cancer or any other disease and apparently died peacefully without any suffering. MAY THEY BOTH REST IN PEACE

Sorry to hear that man. I hope the fact that she died peacefully can soften the blow even a little bit but stay strong and take as much time as you need to heal.
