It's a good thing that my anniversary more or less falls on a very special day for 'Murica, because otherwise I would end up forgetting it in busy times like these.

So yeah, it's been six years since I've registered. And soon it will make five years since I was promoted to site staff, a team I have never abandoned and which I have no plans on leaving anytime soon (unless real life decides otherwise, which I'd hate).

This long stint is important for me, because I've been on and off in basically any other place, even Facebook. I've dealt with ups and downs regarding motivation, that's right, but one way or the other I always stayed here and managed to come back with renovated energies.

Right now, I'd say I'm high on motivation. My return to guide writing, the local mod position I unexpectedly got... Even though I don't have as much free time as I used to, I still feel I have lots of projects in my hands and things to do.

Anyway, my journey is still going on. I have goals in mind, though they're mostly milestones more than anything, and of course I have projects to realize. And even though the people I came to know as friends are mostly gone and we've lost almost all contact, I still feel at home in here and I'm willing to keep on working.

I hope I can stay active to celebrate many more anniversaries! And now, if you excuse me, I'm very busy melting down because Summer has come in full effect since day one in here xD

Congrats on 6 years! And dang 5 straight years of staff is nothing to sneeze at.

Throughout the years we've shared a passion for guides, be it through staff work or moderating them, and I'm really glad to see you regaining that motivation. Things can get pretty stressful so I really applaud you for being able to stick it out even when motivation was down.

Furret : The time we shared in the Round Table of Guide Writers was truly nice. You had a different name, the CP payout was totally different, even the role's name wasn't what it would later become (and gone forever after the last changes to the staff).

The reason I regained my motivation is because of being appointed Guide Manager. Until now, I had dedicated myself to very long projects on Gamefaqs just to have something to work on. But now I can return to shorter projects, and completing them is what made me regain my pace and thus my drive to keep expanding my project list.

gamerforlifeforever : I totally would like to fight for Grey one day. I can't believe I'm so close to being eligible, but maybe it's because I hate being reminded that I'm closing in on becoming 30 years old xD

no 8120 : I've made it my goal to stay active until I can clear my project list, so I can finally finish what I started five years ago. Judging by my pace and the number of projects, I could need 10 more years of activity, so expect me to be here for a lot of time lol

Congratulations! I'm really happy for you, I haven't been here for very long but I am hoping that I will be able to see you around for even longer than you've already been here for.
