If you're asking to put the back boxart on the game page, whether it is in the RGR or VGR, it is indeed possible.

The thing is to actually find them and have them be a suitable image. Not sure if there's any source other than googling it, maybe mobygames could work since we're talking about old games, but I honestly don't know.
