i jus started vizzedboard and i tryed playing the pokemon games on gameboy advance and i cant every time i try to play a game it sais that the internal battery has run dry or 1m sub-ciruit board not installed and and i tryed pressing the x and z button wich is the a and b button and nuthin works its like the game sctreen freezes after i press start on the main menu

Did you check your controls? It could be that, or it could be that your pc doesn't support GBA games( I don't know how, but it happenened to me on my other pc) I don't know what's wrong, just I think I know.

The GameBoy Advance games should work. When it says the 1m sub-circuit board is not installed, it means that you can't save, but other than that, the game should work.

Actually the 1m sub circuit message just mean time based event can't happen, you can save fine.
But even if you couldn't you can use save states perfectly fine.
If the game won't let you press any buttons try changing the controls.
If it won't let you try playing the game in a different internet browser.
