Hey. So I wondered if anyone on this site uses Habitica to keep track of habits. I really like it and it helps me a lot with keeping up the good habits and quitting the bad ones.
So if anyone uses habitica I'd like to hear what you think of it? And if you don't: How do you keep track of good and bad habits?

I used to use it but I stopped. It doesn't actually do anything other than tell you what to do, which you input. Last I checked it was easily manipulated, easy to forget about, and had no actual rewards or consequences.

To me it's like the Remembrall from Harry Potter. All it does is tell you that you forgot something but that's it, you're on your own in trying to figure out what you forgot.

I've never heard of it, but it seems similar to a lot of other things that I've tried before...the issue is that it's entirely possible to cheat on it and I often lose motivation to keep tracking things after not much time has passed. It very well might just be an issue with me personally, but things like this haven't been very useful to me the few times that I have tried them. If they help you, though, then that's great! You might be the kind of person they're designed to help.
