I found a strange game cube controller today and couldn't find anything online about it
Its a nYko Airflow. (not for PC)
The only thing I found was a forum that said it didn't exist from 2011
Anyone have any information about this?

nYko? I feel like I've heard of that brand from somewhere I can't remember where though. That forum can't be right since you found the controller. The best bets would be to check the manufacturer out either call them or find there site or something, or maybe ask someone at Gamestop who's been there for awhile. It may be something they sold at some point so maybe they could give you more info.

After a bit of research, I found that your controller is probably a NYKO wireless Airflo gamecube controller. They go for 25 to 35 bucks on sites like Ebay and Craigslist, and are moderately rare. Hope I helped.
Edit-part of what made the Airflo unique is it has a built in fan for keeping sweaty palms dry. Although a great idea, it was a fad, and like most fads, sort of died out. Hang on to that thing. It's pretty...cool.

I found that one already, but heres the plot twist.
Its a wired controller. And it has a pretty good response time so id assume its better than the wireless (if the wireless was like the wavebird, which was one of the best wireless controllers, it still had a slightly worse response time than wired controllers)

That depends on whether you intend to use it or hold on to it. You're quite correct, it DOES have a slightly faster response time than a wireless. However, it is a bit more common than wireless, due to its era, the last of the wired controller era. That may be short term though. Long term finding a fan cooled GC controller that works would likely prove challenging.

I had a Nyko GC controller. An X-Men controller that cost like 10 bucks. I don't know what the quality of their other products is like, but that controller was absolutely the worst controller I have ever owned. To be fair, I've only used first party controllers...well, I guess, just about ever besides that. But the feel of the plastic was terrible and unresponsive, and eventually, it just plain stopped working. Nyko is not a brand I want to try anytime soon again.
