anyone owning a nintendo 2ds or 3ds console this is the topic for you

using this method called seedminer will grant your 2ds/3ds console the ability to load any app on custom firmware
there will be few files you will need to being the operation, be sure to check out the 3ds cfw video on youtube and follow it through carefully otherwise you will end up bricking your 3ds

after successful modding you will be able to download free games straight from freeshop without having to buy them ever again

and if you want to play your downloaded roms from all the old retro classic systems you will need to look up the VC injectors. Please be advised that some games will not work right now with the injectors but 80% of the games will function and show up in your homemenu after install using the FBI Cia installer

Ah, pirating.

To anyone interested, I'd recommend skipping the youtube guides as Nintendo updates things a lot and quickly makes those videos obsolete pretty fast. I'd personally recommend 3ds.guide as they're pretty much always up to date.

In the end it just gives you a homebrew application where you can access freeshop, specifically made emulators for the 3ds, and more junk.

nintendo will be discontinuing the 3ds consoles real soon so i would take advantage of downloading all your favorite games before the services completely go offline for good, then you wont be able to do such a task anymore

trust me every game will be needed in your console for on the go play

So is Freeshop as good as it sounds? Obviously it's illegal, who gives a rip, but does it really just download directly to your 3DS? Usually you have to download it from your computer onto an SD card or something, but this sounds super easy if all you need is just a download token. I might have to bust out the ol' 64-gig and load it with some games I was too lazy to ever buy.

There's a problem though... I modded my 3DS 2 years ago and I do not remember anything about what I used, I just know it was some YouTube DNS exploit by smealum. All I ever did with it was install a custom theme and play DOOM. I'm not sure if I should start anew or try to add onto the YouTube HBL.
