X3. It was the best out of the entire X series, not just out of these 3. X3 had the best mechanics, and the most extra fun things.

MegaMan 3 is my favorite in the classic series, and X3 is my favorite in the X series. Hehe.

Megaman X2, because it was the most challenging game out of those three for me.

Some of the bosses are almost impossible to defeat without using the weapons that are the most effective for them (and of course, NO SUB-TANKS, that also includes Megaman X3, but it doesn't have as many as X2, am I correct?).

alittle bit yeah the game is very hard sometimes you need to get the power hearts
that will max your life and dr.light gives you power armor that helps you very well
there are Sub-tanks its very hard to find

I would also have to say X2, it was a different layout from the rest of them and was harder then most, yet all put together to make a fantastic game in the mega man line-up!!! 4/5 stars

Personally I think X is way too easy, X3 for some reason I can never beat without using the mega man with the Z-saber gained from Zero's death. X2 has been my favorite for many reasons. One the story is amazing. The opening level and the story associated with it excited me the first time I played this game. Two the BGM (background music) is just pure ecstasy in this game. Out of all the X series I love the soundtrack to X2 the best. What do you guys think?
