I love Pokemon because it involves COLLECTING a set number of the creatures; Yu Gi Oh involves having thousands of random cards with very forgettable names and art.

They both have their ups and downs. Pokemon has better games, Yu-gi-oh has a better card game part, and they're about equal when it comes to the TV show. One week one was better and the next the other might, it just depends on where the story line of each is at a particular time. The original Yu-gi-oh had a slight advantage, in my opinion, over Pokemon but the Yu-gi-oh GX or what ever it was wasn't quite as good as the original. But I don't watch either anymore, so I'm sure what they are like at the moment. -------------------- |

i really like pokemon a lot, but yugioh was a lot more fun to play and got way more intense. Tourneys for yugioh were really fun and the show was really good. Collecting the cards and the feeling of opening a pack and like pulling out a cyber dragon or something crazy is awesome -------------------- |
