The 4th one (the grass gym). By now, you can get ice beam (for Blastoise or whomever) if I'm not mistaken, Bulbasaur and it's evolved forms all are part poison type (poison beats grass) and fire... ya know (Charizard even gets 2 type advantages since it's a flying type)

I'm going to say the last gym, the Earth gym, because you would have had the whole game up to this point to prepare and theres a 2 out of 3 chance your starter alone can beat it.
You should seriously have like 4 Pokemon (including the starter) at this point that would crush this gym easy...
