Ok erm im making a new game which is like
final fantasy but it involves the sons of Squall and
Cloud. So i need to know where i can make chars that are size 288x256 cause i tried one in Charas-project and it was 72x128 which wont work. And im using RPGmaker2003.

Why not just edit some premade sprite sets?
Idraw3 is pretty good for pixel drawing (or so I belive).

or you could use Character Maker 1999 but I think it only works with rm2k.
But since rm2k3 isn't that much changed from rm2k I think it works with rm2k to.

I haven't seen Chara Maker 99 in awhile, and I'm pretty rusty, but I'm pretty sure there's a tab somewhere in there to change the size of the sprite. I think you'd have to put, in the width tab, 288, and the height tab, 256 pixels.
