If anyone has had this problem or knows what to do that be truly helpful

1. This is a common problem.
2. It happens more often on weekends. The game is more likely to work on a weekday.

BTowns : Anything to add?

This is a mysterious and spontaneous problem that's driving me and David crazy. We don't know why or what it is, but it stops people from playing games they haven't played before using the plug in emulator on weekends. It should go away by itself sometime during the week, probably from Monday - Wednesday.

Davideo7 : Another user report. Should I keep updating you on every person who experiences this error, or would that not help since we already know it doesn't depend on where people live?

The one obvious coincidence that I can see is that this seems to be a somewhat newer problem and Vizzed is gaining users on a regular basis. More Vizzed users means that on any given day there may be more users playing RGR games. Typically, people are more likely to be playing games on weekends so there will be even more users playing games.

I had a theory that sort of relates to bandwidth. Is it possible that since there are more people playing games during the weekend that the Vizzed system just can't handle fully loading any more games? Games that users already own take very little time, so it wouldn't be a challenge, but loading a game for the first time can take a while. It would be easier for the system to just give up on loading it. All it needs is a message to spit out when it gives up.

I'm sure there's a reason for it, but why can't Vizzed users have two games running at once? The reason behind the legitimate error message could be connected to why this message appears. I'm just starting from the end of the problem and working backwards.

BNuge : On the weekends there's a significant bandwidth drop in comparison to the week, so it's using a lot less bandwidth than normal, so it's not hitting some peak then giving up, it never even gets to a peak in comparison to the week. I'm not sure why we can't have more than one game open, I've never questioned it and never found out lol, good question.
