That's right.... a new VCS is coming up next month. This will be a short one because there will be only 28 days in order to get points.

For those that don't know what this is I have a set of instructions from previous VCS's that should help you all understand the game:

Everyday from 12 AM to 12 AM server time every post that you make will get counted and the top 10 people with the most posts in that time frame will get points. 1st place gets 10 points, and 10th place gets 1 point.

These points are added up over the month of February and whoever has the most points at the end of the month wins the VCS. It's pretty simple.

However, I word of warning. This is not a spamming competition. The entire staff is on the look-out over the next month for anyone who they think is spamming in order to win this competition. That doesn't mean you can't post a lot... but make sure your posts are good quality ones. I will not hesitate to ban you for a day if I catch you spamming. If you get banned you don't get any points for that day and missing out on a single day can cause you to lose.

So, good luck. Results will be posted here at the end of each day (or early the next morning if I'm too tired). Good luck to everyone who is participating!



If anyone has any questions now is the time to ask. There are 2 weeks until the competition starts so figure it out now so that you do not risk getting banned.

Wow, it really seems like we need one of these. The top poster is BNuge, who has 600 post this month! It's usually 1000 for the highest.

Anyways, Is there a way to tell that?

What does VCS stand for? Also, what are the odds that David might update the value of the stocks at the end of February? Now might be the time to buy them if there's a chance of him updating them after a post count competition.

This will be my first attempted VCS, so I really don't know what will happen. I've had trouble finishing OPS syndromes in the past because I ran out of threads to post in, but hopefully people will also be making threads to add to their total.

I do think Crazy House and Videogame Crazyness are going to be complicated. Have you ever added a third mod to each of those two forums during a VCS? It almost seems necessary since that's the easiest place to get a lot of fast posts so a lot more people will be there. With enough people posting there, it would be a lot more likely that people would try to slip in some spam posts.

alexanyways : My 600 post total comes from 3 successful OPS and plenty of daily posting. Xado's posts ran out before any of my OPS syndromes so I got ahead of him. The first OPS should be wearing off within around a week so I'll get knocked down after that. Not exactly good news I guess.
