Description:
Jimmy Zhou had a reputation as a ruthless and unforgiving criminal in the East Asia region, operating in places such as Thailand where he controlled a small army. In the mid 2000s he directed the development of an infectious strain of avain flu able to affect humans, and with it he could impact the criminal underworld. Agency Director Gabe Logan undertook the mission personally with Lian Xing as an assistant due to the extreme nature of it. They were able to kill the birds carrying the new strain, while eliminating Zhou in a Bangkok skyscraper. Authorities are still on the lookout for the remaining elements of his organization.
