Vanelan : even if I did I don't know if I would win. I could manage to get 12 more points than him (maybe more depending on the day) but I doubt too many more after the first day or 2. I'm 150 points behind him so it would take nearly every day in order to pass him. The chances of that are pretty slim.

Vanelan : I do not have much of a life, that is why . Seriously, reviewing is slow and I have yet to find more outlets for freelancing.

janus : yeah, but that also assumes that for the next 2 weeks straight I could get a bunch of wins and that isn't going to happen. The weekends are usually best for me to accomplish a lot but during the week I don't do half as much stuff.

And honestly, you have such a large lead that it would be insane for me to try and catch you. Zander is the only one close enough to give you a run but even he doesn't stand much of a chance without the red jersey available to him.

But just because someone is mathematically in it, doesn't mean they are feasibly in it.

Realistically, unless you drop off the face of the Earth, you are the winner of the TdV, and no one is going to even get close to catching you. Only zanderlex is within 100 points.

I don't have every chart in front of me, but I don't think anyone has ever overcome a 100 point deficit to win the TdV. And especially not at this advanced stage of the month.

While it's true geeo has been on a tear lately, even if he scored 24 points a day for the rest of the month (24*15=360), all you'd have to score is 134 more points (134/15=8.93), or fourth in every jersey to keep geeo out of reach.

And that's IF geeo went on a crazy tear. As established, it's probable that geeo's score the other day was a TdV record. He'd essentially have to tie his own record for the next two weeks straight and hope that you lost an internet connection or something with a week to go (it's happened to me, and is a large part of why it took me three tries to win a TdV).

There's zero chance he catches you.

Only zanderlex has a feasible chance of catching you, but he's far enough behind that as long as you stay relatively active, you have this competition under lock.

This is a pretty big blowout.

Well today pretty much sucked so I wont be able to get as many points as I had hopes for. I spent a good 10 hours at my friends house looking up food online and playing Black Ops 3 so I only had like an hour or two all day to post. I should be able to get a high enough spot for some points if I can get home soon though.

If I was at all inclined to my old habits, I'd spree for the rest of the month with geeo, and get third/second each day to help him get a bigger advantage.

But I'm not.

I mean, trying to think about it from a pure "competitor" standpoint (something I can't do, since all my posts are made with a purpose), that would be the logical thing to do. Not post, and let topics recharge, so that if I need to go on a tear later in the month to stay on top, I can.

Although he might just be shooting for a record. In which case, I hope it's worth the time spent.

Having once held a record, it's really fleeting. It feels cool in the first few moments, but honestly felt more like a mark of shame for a long time after until I lost it.

Damn, the competition was fierce today. Notwithstanding Ex Palen's guide, other competitors have been very busy posting and talking. I do not think I will do better than an average 4 place everywhere today.

Well I was hoping that I could be a little more active over the weekend, but I just had too much going on. Should have some time to be active over the next few days though. Although I have little chance of winning, I still want to be able to score as many points for possible for our team, because our team DOES have an outside chance of still taking the title!

I have a nine-day advance over my closest competitor for red. With the recent boosts in yellow, things should get interesting until the end of the month

Well then. This whole thing with the white banner is just hilarious, as is the thing going on with geeo. This entire TDV I feel is one of the best we have had in a while, so many different stories going on and a lot of fun as well.

Moving on up into 7th place! I'm pretty happy with that.

Not that I'm likely to win a jersey or anything. The leads in each of them are too high to really bother with.

Still, I'll do my best to place as high as is realistic at this point....

I'm actually kinda surprised three of the jerseys went to people that doesn't even care for the TdV anymore and are striving for other goals unrelated to the competition. Probably Bara does give a damn, but it's not like he's actively competing either.

Anyway, this should be the last time I'm summoned to this thread, at least by David. I hope I don't score more points by accident, I feel bad for placing without trying when there's people trying its best for it.
