IT's pretty good, But it's not the best. Even though some of the features are great, you can't program stuff to do a lot. That's it's main downfall. Also, what if you're not good at drawing? Your game will look bad.

Meh. Not the best of all RPG makers. You could simply download an RPG maker and access it from your computer even if you aren't connected to the internet. It would work good for people who don't own their own computer. Kudos to you for finding it though.
