My favorite is Air Man. Sure, it's sort of easy, and so is his stage, but there's just a certain charm to him that makes him my favorite. Also, his stage music is amazing!

wow...this is pretty tough but, i would have to say quickman comes in first. his stage is an interesting challenge and while beating him is not so hard if you have the special weapon on his weakness overall its just completely fun. i love the level music for his stage and lastly that evil outfit...so kewl!

I love the Quickman like oldschoolboyz. The stage is unique and memorable, and the music is amazing. I also like Cutman, because he's probably one of the most iconic and memorable robot masters, and his stage is a great introduction to the game, and Iceman was one of the most frustrating stages but it was extremely satisfying to finally beat it!

Freeze Man is my favorite his stage is cool and he is cool no pun intended. I like his attacks and how is challenging 

My second favorite would be Terra he has electricity as his weapon he is powerful. He even manages to beat Mega Man he also is leader of the Star Droids 

My third Favorite would be Shadow Man. Shadow Man is cool, he is like a ninja and he has a mysterious feel about him
